What Happens After You Report It
Once we receive your report, we’ll take the following steps:

Deactivate your card immediately to prevent unauthorized transactions

Review your recent account activity with you to check for fraud

Issue a replacement debit card, which can be mailed to your address or picked up at your local branch
If fraudulent activity is found, we will begin a fraud investigation and guide you through the process of resolving unauthorized transactions.
